I scream, you scream, we all scream for… you know. Time’s a wastin’ and summer’s almost gone—we at Plenty think that’s a totally valid excuse to eat tubs and tubs of organic frozen goodness before autumn hits. And Three Twins Organic Ice Cream—one of the newer players on the field—is our latest favorite. The company’s based in Napa, CA (in an eco-friendly building designed by San Fran architecture firm Group 41), but Three Twins ice cream is available all over California at stores like Whole Foods. If you get your yum on right at one of their two ice cream parlor-esque stores, every bowl, spoon, cup, and napkin you use will be recycled or composted. And don’t even try to tell us you could resist an ice cream flavor called Madagascar Vanilla or Mint Confetti.
