Fancy Footwork

Spring's hottest high-heeled sandals won't take you (or the environment, for that matter) very far. So, in the spirit of taking several fashionable steps towards an eco-friendly future, Keds, in conjunction with the Boston non-profit "Artists for Humanity" (AFH), have created a pair of slip-ons to call attention to conscious water consumption. The winsome water bottle print was designed by aspiring AFH artists, and retails for $50. When you consider that in addition to the organic and recycled materials and water-based inks used in in the shoes' construction, $1 of the sales goes to benefit the non-profit, these Keds are definitely a step in the right direction.
