Out to Lunch

3473

School lunches just got a whole lot healthier for the environment. Lunchopolis, launched in 2007 by two mothers frustrated over lunchbox waste, sells durable alternatives to the brown paper bag. Their lead-free, insulated lunchbox comes with four containers and one bottle, all of which are reusable and recyclable. The containers vary in size to accommodate everything from sandwiches to raisins, and their polycarbonate construction protects crackers and berries from becoming crumbs and jam. Save the tin foil for roasting vegetables. Disposable lunch products are history.
