Thursday night, greenies from all over the country congregated at Manhattan’s City Bakery to join Plenty Magazine in honoring 20 companies that are pushing the ecological envelope. The Plenty 20 award recipients included companies that focus on a variety of green innovations ranging from solar-powered plastic that can turn tents into energy generators to solid-form hydrogen that can fuel cars.
