Another example of tourism benefitting an endangered species
The recent Reuters article "Hairless dog escapes extinction" doesn't get many points for detail, but as short as it is, it can be summed up in an even shorter manner: Peru's hairless dog is doing better as a species because the country declared that all archaeological sites must have at least two of the dogs.
