Marijuana growers a threat to area wildlife

From today's San Francisco Chronicle:

"At these (marijuana) gardens, we've found dead animals and birds, ammonia sulfate, pesticides and herbicides, ponds and creeks lined with plastics, and garbage all over the place," (said park manager Mike Ferry). "The environmental damage is huge."
